Education Technology Partners Adds Director of Operations

Education Technology Partners announced today Amanda Johnston has been promoted to the position director of operations.
“Having just celebrated the 10 year anniversary of the founding of Education Technology Partners, we recognize Amanda has proven herself to be a highly capable manager who is well-equipped to help lead the company as we enter our second decade of serving the K12 market,” said Randy Jennings, founder and president of Education Technology Partners. “She has demonstrated an unparalleled commitment to delivering the highest level of service to our customers. She has the proven leadership and communications skills we need to lead our operations as we enter a period of very rapid growth for our company.”
After earning her bachelor’s degree in communications and public relations from Missouri State University, Johnston joined the company as office manager in 2011. Johnston was the recipient of Education Technology Partners’ Presidents Award for her contributions to the success of the company in 2013.
“Our goal is to exceed expectations by not only having a business relationship with our customers, but a personal relationship with them,” Johnston said. “I’m excited about the growing role social media can play in facilitating more one-on-one communication and genuine engagement with our customers.”
In her new position Johnston is responsible for all back office operations, including human resources and accounts payable/receivable. In addition, her marketing and customer-relations management responsibilities encompass social media and other external communications.
